A Moment with Archangel Raphael (19/03/25)

Beautiful Souls, I Archangel Raphael come to you in this moment, to share with you my deepest love and to support each and everyone of you in your individual journeys of ascension. You are on a journey that is a combination of many things. Amongst those things that you are going through, I ask you to please remember that You Are The Very Wise Souls, who chose to be here at this time, to serve yourselves, your fellow planet travellers and Mother Earth. She’s here for you as you are you for her.

And I ask you to also remember to focus on experiencing whatever challenges that come unexpectedly with gratitude, because there is always a learning in every experience, even when that lesson doesn’t immediately become clear, it may come in a month or more, down the road.

And please do not shy away from facing your emotions, whichever way they show up. Honour them. Feel them; and if you need help with dealing with them, talk to the angels. Just talk, expressing how you feel and if you don’t even know what specific help you need, just tell us, the angels. We will find a way. All I ask you is to be very tuned into your intuition, guidance, that can come to you in a variety of ways. It could be through a random encounter with a stranger who says something to you that has a profound effect on you. A newspaper article you resonate with. A message for you on a poster. A friend calling you and says something that reminds you of something that you had forgotten to do. There are myriad of ways through which we  communicate.

Another request I would like to make is that you must keep your spaces ventilated. Open your windows to let us into your lives and so that you can also hear us communicating with you in our various ways. We, use molecules of oxygen to communicate with you. Fresh Air is always a healing medicine to every soul because that’s where angels are. We are with you in every moment.

Also please do not bottle up or suppress your feelings that are making you unhappy! It is not healthy for you to carry all the negativity in your cells. Get out of where you are and come outside to talk to the Air/The Angels for they are the best beings to off-load your thoughts to. And you will feel a great release and lightness as you continue with this practise.
